Terms and Conditions

We are a local fan club offering a small selection of items for sale. We are not a big corporation, and do not have a large budget.
The prices listed for postage is for either 1,2 or 3 CD / DVD's, for all other products please email so we can offer a quote. The postage price also covers the cost of packaging.
Unless otherwise stated we only have one copy of the products listed. We have multiple copies under "Linux" and "Fanclub Membership".

Minimum and Maximum Order Values.

For security reasons we have a maximum order value of 100 GBP. This is including P & P

Prices Listed.

All prices listed are in GBP. We would like the buyer to pay in GBP on the day that they pay for the goods. We could have listed alternate USD or Euro prices, but these change everyday. So we decided that it's easier to list a single price in GBP, and request the buyer to pay in GBP.

Product Quality.

All products are either BRAND NEW or SECOND-HAND / RECONDITIONED.

The products listed as brand new will normally be still sealed. Secondhand products will be of good quality, no smudges, no fingerprints and will play without any lag or jumping.

Large Products For Sale.

We have larger products for sale, ie electrical and Elvis plates. The price listed IS NOT inclusive of P & P. For these items to arrive safely, we would insist on more packaging which would not be covered by the rates listed. Any order received for any product other than CD's or DVD's, where the buyer tries to use the three Royal Mail Prices listed, then the sale will be cancelled.

Selecting Postage Rates.

This shop does NOT automatically select the correct postage. The buyer has to select the correct postage option themselves from a drop down menu. This is done by the buyer on the checkout screens. If a buyer does not select the correct postage option, then the product(s) will be held, and an email sent to the buyer requesting postage. If the buyer declines, then the following will happen :

  1. The order will be cancelled.
  2. Monies will be returned to the Buyer, MINUSthe following
    • Paypal Fee(s) if any are applicable.
    • A shop fee of 5 GBP.
    • If the order amount is enough to cover the Paypal Fees but not the whole shop fee, then no monies will be returned to the buyer.

A product only has free P & P if it is stated within the product description. If it does not state free P & P within the product description, then P & P MUST BE ADDED by the buyer on the checkout screen(s). If it has FREE P&P then you select Pickup From Store.

Gift Card Refunds.

Gift card refunds will be subject to the following

  1. Monies will be returned to the Buyer, MINUS the following:
    • Paypal standard refund fee(s) if applicable.
    • A shop admin fee of 5 GBP.
    • If the gift card value is enough to cover the Paypal Fees but not the whole shop fee, then no monies will be returned to the buyer.

Vinyl's For Sale.

We also have Vinyl records for sale. These products are listed with details regarding their condition. These are all second hand and NOT brand new. Most of the vinyl's we have received for resale are consistent with being stored in a dusty environment. Most are listed as stating that the packaging is discoloured, and that the records are either dusty and looking unplayed, or non dusty and in perfect condition. All the vinyl boxsets, unless otherwise stated, come with a booklet in perfect condition, records that are in plastic / paper sleeves. The boxes smell musty because of the possible storage before we aquired them.

Sending Outside of the UK.

We are happy to ship to any country outside of the UK. This is on the understanding that the postage prices quoted do not cover P & P to any other country other than the UK. The prices quoted are for the UK mainland only. All prices are in GBP.

If you live in another country and would like to purchase any of our products, please email us at sales@elvis-online.co.uk stating the products you are interested in, and the address you would like them shipped to. We would then obtain a quote for Postage and Packing and reply. If you then agree to the quote we ask that you pay the quote into our Paypal account, in GB Pounds at the current exchange rate at time of purchase, then the product will be shipped.

Once you have paid then the sale contract is binding.

If the product is defective then an email must be sent to us, within two days of receiving the product. All emails after this time will not be considered. If a product is faulty then why should it take you longer that two days to email us ? Especially in the 21st century when communication is so easy.

In the UK a letter is deemed delivered two days after posting. If you order a product on Monday and it is posted the same day, then it is deemed delivered by the Wednesday. An email will be sent stating when the product was posted, and where from. So if the product is defective then we would expect a call or email by 23.59 on the Friday.

If you are a non UK country and you place an order before contacting us, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the monies minus admin fees. Admin fees will be charged by Paypal for returning money etc, plus small fee from us.

For the avoidance of doubt, all disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
